We are in the process of transforming our passion into a professional vision with Lean-In. 

In our courses and trainings we combine mindfulness, Theory-U and Lewis Deep Democracy into an inner practice path and tools for a transformative culture of discussion and decision-making. 

 

We are looking for:
Just founded, we urgently need your experience and support in setting up business processes. 

 

In particular, these are:

​

• Everything about finance and accounting in coordination with our tax advisor.

• Everything about the organization of our courses, especially the support of the participants.

• Everything about our external representation and acquisition, such as our website and the development and maintenance of relevant social media channels (Linked-In, Instagram)

 

What you should bring:

​

• You have a lot of experience in these areas and are looking for a challenging part-time job. 

• You love contact with interesting people and enjoy helping a startup get off the ground. 

• You are digitally savvy and enjoy working mobile. 

• You are fluent in spoken and written English

 

We offer:

We want to start with a mini-job for €520 and see how our collaboration and our business develops.
